After several years of continuous research and study of pioneering and developing innovative ways to bring the best out of Asian food and present it in an American-friendly style, Rohey created Rohey’s Wok & Grill located in Riverside, CA. Rohey has become the first Korean-American Chef to bring out the best flavor and taste of each Asian dish and harmonize it into unified healthy and well-being dish. Rohey states that “only organic fresh vegetables and ingredients are allowed in his kitchen.” Some of his Korean-American Fusion dishes are Cold Noodle and Ssam-Bap which is rice, meat, and vegetables wrapped in fresh organic lettuce and dipped in special soybean sauce.
What keeps Rohey motivated is his philosophy of Honest Cooking.
