We only use premium non-fat fresh chicken thigh meat daily with special spice aged in 40℉ temperature for 2 days. Unlike other Teriyaki restaurants, we don’t use pan-fried; instead we use traditional way of roast directly on a charbroiled grill to maintain crispy and fresh taste.
